TOWN OF NEWBURGH – A car
chase that began in the City of Newburgh ended Wednesday afternoon on
Interstate 84 in the Town of Newburgh, but not before the suspect is believed
to have struck a police car.
The chase involved City and Town of Newburgh Police and State Police.
The vehicle he struck was a State Police vehicle.
The man was apprehended a short distance away.
