Port Jervis secures $25,000 grant from Orange County to promote economic development

PORT JERVIS – The City
of Port Jervis has received a $25,000 check from Orange County to help
revitalize the city.

The money will be used to purchase and install safety lighting for the
Delaware River Bridge as well as two solar lit pedestrian crossing signals,
said Mayor Kelly Decker.

“The City of Port Jervis is a vital part of our county,” said
Neuhaus. “I stand ready to assist this city in its efforts to revitalize
its economy.”

Decker and County Legislator Thomas Faggione accepted the check from Neuhaus
on Tuesday.
