TOWN OF DEERPARK – Police executed a no-knock search warrant on a residence in the Town of Deerpark and arrested a couple on felony drug charges.
John Pazereckis, 52, and Nancy Finch, 53, both of 32 Tiger Lilly Drive in Deerpark, were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Police confiscated 175 decks of heroin and $4,000 in cash.
Both were sent to the Orange County Jail with bail set at $20,000 for Pazereckis and $10,000 for Finch.
The investigation stemmed from the two allegedly delivering narcotics in Port Jervis and Deerpark.
Conducting the investigation were Deerpark Town and the Port Jervis City Police Department’s Crime Suppression team, assisted by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Group. The State Police Community Narcotics Team also assisted in the investigation.
