Second suspect in Domino’s armed robbery caught in North Carolina

CORTLANDT – A Peekskill man, who was wanted in connection with the armed robbery of the Cortlandt Domino’s on Route 6 in the Town of Cortlandt on September 5, 2014, has been arrested in North Carolina.
State Police said Friday that Thomas Jenkins, 19, was charged with two counts of felony robbery and one count of felony grand larceny.
Jenkins and another man, Kyle Clark, allegedly robbed the night manager of the eatery as he was leaving to make a night deposit. At the time of the robbery, the suspects were armed with a weapon.
After an investigation involving New York State Police, City of Peekskill Police, the US Marshals Service and law enforcement in North Carolina, Jenkins was arrested in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. He has since been extradited back to New York.
Clark was arrested shortly after the incident near the scene, has already pled guilty and is awaiting sentencing at the Westchester County Jail.
