CORTLANDT – A Peekskill man, who was
wanted in connection with the armed robbery of the Cortlandt Domino’s
on Route 6 in the Town of Cortlandt on September 5, 2014, has been arrested
in North Carolina.

State Police said Friday that Thomas Jenkins, 19, was charged with two
counts of felony robbery and one count of felony grand larceny.

It is alleged that Jenkins and another man, Kyle Clark, robbed the night
manager of the eatery as he was leaving to make a night deposit. At the
time of the robbery, the suspects were armed with a weapon.

Clark was arrested shortly after the incident near the scene.

After an investigation involving New York State Police, City of Peekskill
Police, the US Marshals Service and law enforcement in North Carolina,
Jenkins was arrested in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. He has since been
extradited back to New York.

Clark, meanwhile, already pled guilty and is awaiting sentencing at the
Westchester County Jail.
