TOWN OF ULSTER – Ulster Town Supervisor
James Quigley is not going to seek re-election in the fall and the town
Republican committee has tapped former supervisor Fred Wadnola to run
for the town’s top job.

Wadnola is a former town councilman and town supervisor as well as former
Ulster County legislator and chairman of the legislature.

Town GOP Chairman James Maloney said Wadnola has a wealth of experience
to serve as town supervisor.

The Republican committee also endorsed Linda McDonough for town clerk,
Judge Marsha Weiss for town justice, Joel Brink and Erik Kitchen for town
council and Frank Petramale for highway superintendent.
Maloney said a town GOP caucus would be held later this summer.

He said the endorsement votes by the committee were unanimous.
