TOWN OF ULSTER – Police arrested a Rosendale man on charges that he stole a $400 lawnmower from a home improvement store in the Town of Ulster.
Dylan Walsh, 33, was found a short distance away and taken into custody on Tuesday. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Ulster Town Court.
The investigation into power equipment being stolen from stores in the town was conducted by Ulster Town and Kingston City Police. It is continuing into additional thefts.
