MOUNT VERNON – Mayor Ernest Davis has appointed Adrian Armstrong,

City Court effective immediately.

Armstrong will fill the unexpired term of Mark Gross that expires on December

“Judge Armstrong comes to Mount Vernon with a wealth of experience
in matters that will come before a judge in city court,” said Davis.

Armstrong worked for the Office of the Bronx District Attorney as an assistant
DA dealing with domestic violence and sex offenses as well as juvenile
