Town Police said the incident on Monday appears to be accidental. They said a 68-year-man was driving a 2024 Jeep Wrangler and struck the victim while pulling into a parking space.

The victim was pinned and trapped by the vehicle.

He was transported to the hospital where he later died.

Police are withholding names of those involved pending completion of the investigation.

However, a Facebook page identifies the victim as Justin Grater, the sales manager and commercial business manager of the dealership.
