Five arrested for operating marijuana grow house

TOWN OF NEWBURGH – Five members of
one family were arrested late Tuesday night for allegedly operating a
marijuana grow house in the Town of Newburgh.

During a search of the home, police confiscated approximately 75 marijuana
plants, seven firearms and over six pounds of processed marijuana.

Town Police arrested husband and wife Russell, 50, and Marlene, 46, Napoli;
husband and wife, Matthew, 25, and Mariah, 25, Napoli; and David Napoli,
31, all at a house at 109 Coach Lane in the Meadow Hill section of the
town.

All five were charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana and
growing cannabis.
