POUGHKEEPSIE – A Mahopac man has been arrested and charged with falsifying business records, offering a false instrument for filing and criminal impersonation after he provided false information on an application for a driver’s license.
State Police said Fuad Aljamal, 32, was arrested on Friday after he provided the erroneous information, displayed a badge and falsely identified himself as a City of Peekskill firefighter.
He was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
