TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police are investigating
the stabbing of two men, who were involved in an altercation with four
others near the ticket window of the AMC Loews Galleria Metroplex 16 at
the Galleria at Crystal Run.
Wallkill Town Police Chief William Hertman said the incident occurred
around 1:35 p.m. on Sunday, May 10.
When police arrived on the scene, witnesses reported the incident. The
victims and assailants had fled the scene.
During the investigation, police discovered two stabbing victims were
being treated at Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill.
Hertman identified the victims as Dashach Majors, 23, and Denzel Warner,
24, both of Wallkill. Majors sustained injuries to his face and hands.
He was treated and released.
Warner sustained non-life threatening stab wounds to his head and neck.
He was admitted to the hospital.
