LIBERTY – State Police at Liberty arrested registered sex offender for failing to disclose Internet usage with the state Division of Criminal Justice Services.
Ricky Gorr, 51, of Grahamsville is a level two offender and required to register his address, place of employment and certain Internet activities.
An investigation by State Police determined that he maintained Facebook accounts under two different names, neither of which were registered as required.
He was charged with a felony for failure to register or verify as a sex offender under state law. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to town court.
