POUGHKEEPSIE – Dutchess County Clerk Bradford Kendall announced Thursday that he would seek reelection to the post he has held since 2006.
He will seek the nomination of the Republican Party as well as endorsements from the Independence and Conservative parties.
The county clerk said initiatives he has implemented, include Renew Local first and the Return the FAVOR program are flourishing. The FAVOR program has reached its four-year milestone serving over 3,500 county veterans with more than 200 participating businesses and merchants.
No Democrat has announced for the post, to date.
