TOWN OF FALLSBURG – The first candidate for town justice in the Town of Fallsburg has emerged with the announcement by Amanda Ward that she is running. She is seeking to replace Judge Ivan Kalter, who is retiring at the end of the year.
Ward, a Republican, who is a lifelong resident of Fallsburg, holds a law degree from Hofstra University.
She is employed as a senior director for workforce development at the Center for Discovery and is an adjunct professor at Sullivan County Community College.
