POUGHKEEPSIE – A driver who failed to stop at a stop sign on Verazzano Boulevard in the City of Poughkeepsie led State Police to arrest his passenger on drug charges.
On last Saturday, troopers pulled over a vehicle and arrested the passenger, Spencer Green, 38, on felony and misdemeanor charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police found him in possession of Suboxone, heroin and crack cocaine.
Green was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
