RYE – State Police said the two people
who were killed on I-95 in the City of Rye on Monday afternoon were standing
outside their vehicles after they were involved in a property damage accident.
Killed in the crash were Kayla Ann Donnelly-Smith, 22, of Hamden, Ct
and Winter K. Krzysztif, 61, of Hartford, CT.

When State Police arrived on the scene, both drivers were standing outside
when another vehicle, also traveling northbound and driven by Tai Zhao,
