POUGHKEEPSIE – Three Poughkeepsie men are under arrest following a warrant search of a store in the City of Poughkeepsie on Friday.
Arrested on felony drug charges were John Atkins, 76, of 122 Morgan Court; Brian Atkins, 50, of 30 Marshall Street; and David Brooks, 42, of 20 Thompson Street.
The search ended an investigation into illegal drug sales at Hank’s Market at 544 Main Street. Officers recovered a quantity of crack cocaine, heroin, Oxycodone pills and marijuana, as well as some $2,300 in cash.
