Two suspects arrested after confrontation that injured a deputy in Dutchess

DOVER – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Olivet Property, formerly known as the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center, at about 11 Wednesday morning for a report of people trespassing and/or burglarizing one of the buildings. Upon arrival several subjects were observed in the south building, at which time they fled after struggling with a deputy. The deputy is currently being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Two suspects are now in custody:

Vincent Sheeley Jr., 27, of Dover – struggled with and subsequently injured the Deputy
Brandi Perri, 25, of Dover – initially fled and was later located

A search that had been in progress for other suspects has been called off.
