Hudson woman charged with falsely reporting an incident to Child Protective Services

LIVINGSTON – State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Livingston barracks charged Allyson Servider, 21, of Hudson, with falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeanor.
 
Investigation revealed that in November of 2014, Servider contacted Columbia County Child Protective Services and made an allegation of child abuse against a Greenport man.  Servider was arrested after an extensive investigation revealed that she had falsely reported the incident. 
 
Servider was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Hudson Court on January 7
