CROTON-ON-HUDSON – State Police from the Cortlandt barracks have arrested a Beacon man on felony drug charges.
Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Route 9 in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson at 1:15 a.m. on May 22 and found over 25 grams of cocaine in his possession.
Daniel Usher, 31, was charged with one felony count of criminal possession of drugs and a second count for intent to sell. He was also charged with driving while intoxicated.
Usher was arraigned virtually and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
