DEERPARK – A 64-year-old Town of Deerpark man was arrested following the execution of a search warrant at his home.
Police seized over 200 oxycodone and hydrocodone pills and took Thomas McDonnell into custody on two charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one with intent to sell.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
Participating in the five-month investigation and arrest were Deerpark and Port Jervis Police.
