TOWN OF WALLKILL – Whispers Lounge at 428 North Street in the Town of Wallkill has been the scene of a number of violent incidents in recent weeks and months with stabbings and shootings.
The State Liquor Authority is keeping an eye on the facility in the wake of the incidents.
“The State Liquor Authority and its enforcement team are aware of recent reports of incidents occurring at this licensed premise, and we continue to actively work with the Middletown and Wallkill Police Departments,” said SLA Special Assistant for Community Relations Jason Gough.
The bar is just over the Middletown City line in the Town of Wallkill.
