TOWN OF WALLKILL – Two people were shot and one stabbed near Whispers Cocktail Lounge at 428 North Street in the Town of Wallkill. The incident occurred just before 4 a.m. on Sunday.
All three victims got to Garnet Health Medical Center in Wallkill on their own with town police saying none of the injuries were deemed to be life threatening.
The case is being investigated by Wallkill detectives with assistance by the State Police and Middletown City Police.

Residents in the neighborhood said the street was blocked off for much of the day during the police investigation.
The area of the bar has a history of shootings and stabbings in its vicinity.
