Homeless man arrested for 35th time

HIGHLAND – A 53-year-old homeless man was arrested by Lloyd Town Police on Tuesday and charged with grand larceny.

John Dominy is accused of stealing some $1,800 worth of merchandise from the Lowes store in Highland.

Dominy, who is currently incarcerated in the Ulster County Jail on unrelated charges, was arraigned and remanded back to the county jail.
