MID-HUDSON- By her own admission, Donna Kessler has a passion for anything on wheels: cars, trucks, motorcycles.
Her enthusiasm for rides motivated her to create the “My Ride of the Hudson Valley” feature 19 years ago. My Ride developed a loyal following and Mid-HudsonNews.com is proud to announce that the segment will be featured on the first Wednesday of each month on the Hudson Valley’s preeminent online news source. It will make its debut on April 3.
My Ride features a wide array of cars and motorcycles, and their owners, who are so proud of them. Donna, who lives in the Village of Florida, has loved cars and motorcycles all her life. While in high school she met her future husband, Jay. He loved hot rods and she loved riding in them, the perfect match.
Jay and Donna certainly have some ride “cred” themselves. They recently sold their 1953 Pontiac Chieftain and are looking for their next dream ride. They also have a 2005 Jaguar X-Type, a 2001 Harley-Davidson Heritage, a 2003 Iron Horse Texas Chopper (Elvis Tribute bike) and a 1996 custom built Bobber (rigid).
