MIDDLETOWN- Each year, New York State Senator James Skoufis hosts the Project Valentine Initiative.  With tremendous success in past years, Skoufis is inviting people of all ages to get creative and make or donate Valentines Day cards, personalized with messages and decorations.  Skoufis will deliver the cards to local long-term adult care facilities and veteran posts.

This year, the Galleria at Crystal Run has partnered with Senator Skoufis’ Office to host an in-person craft session on Friday, February 2, 2024, from 3:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the lower level in center court.  This free craft session will include supplies for families to create personalized Valentine’s Day cards which Senator James Skoufis will deliver locally.

“We are excited to partner with Senator Skoufis’ Office this year on this heartwarming Valentine’s Day initiative, “said Eric Price, General Manager at Galleria at Crystal Run.  “We hope local families will enjoy the crafting session and we look forward to continuing to partner with our local government officials throughout the year.”

“Project Valentine is one of my office’s favorite annual traditions: It’s an opportunity to bridge the makers of joy and the receivers of it,” said Senator James Skoufis.  “We hope local families can stop by our crafting event to have fun while spreading some love this Valentine’s Day.  A big thanks to everyone at the Galleria at Crystal Run for their help and coordination.”
