HURLEY- The Town of Hurley is offering residents a new way to pay property taxes with officials announcing that the town’s new online portal for looking up and paying property taxes is now operational.

To use the portal, taxpayers should go to taxes.townofhurley.org (or click the “Look Up & Pay Property Taxes” button on the homepage of the Town website), and find their tax bill by entering their Tax Map Number, Bill Number or the last name of the property owner.  Clicking “Submit” will bring up the bill’s details and provide a “Make a Payment” option.

Online payments made with a credit or debit card will have a fee of 2.6 percent added.  The fee for online payments by e-check is $1.50.  Payments also can be made by mail (check or money order) or in person at the Town Clerk’s Office in the Town Hall located at 10 Wamsley Place, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays.

Tax bills will be mailed to Hurley property owners during the week starting January 8, 2024.  Tax payments made within 30 days of bills being mailed will not incur a late fee.
