Goshen barista owner arrested for soliciting underage girls for prostitution

David Bacucci, owner of Davey's Barista located at 146 North Church Street in Goshen has been arrested by police for allegedly soliciting two minors for sex.

GOSHEN- Police, Thursday, arrested the 42-year-old owner of Davie’s Barista in Goshen for allegedly soliciting two underage teenage girls for sex.

David Bacucci of Purling, New York, has been charged with attempting to promote prostitution, a felony, and the misdemeanors of criminal solicitation, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful imprisonment.  Police say Bacucci was attempting to promote the prostitution of minors from his restaurant located at 146 North Church Street in the Village of Goshen.

Bacucci was arraigned in City of Middletown Court where he was remanded to Orange County Jail on $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond pending a future court appearance.

State Police along with the Village of Goshen Police Department and the Orange County Child Abuse Unit investigated the case.
