POUGHKEEPSIE- Breast Cancer Awareness month is in full swing and the Poughkeepsie Galleria has initiated an event to honor survivors, victims, and all those impacted by the unfortunate condition.  In collaboration with Lo’Kel-Li Vendor Market, Gloria Marrero from Penny’s Party Palace, 110 Grill, and the American Cancer Society, the Poughkeepsie Galleria will be holding its first-ever Pink Palette Event on Monday, October 16, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in center court.

The Pink Palette Event is a “sip” and paint for all ages. Non-Alcoholic cider will be served while participants enjoy a lesson, taught by Gloria Marrero, on painting a breast cancer related canvas image, such as a pink ribbon.  All participants are required to pre-register for this free event and are encouraged to wear all-things pink!

Poughkeepsie Galleria is proud to announce its brand-new connection with the American Cancer Society. As this is an event to raise funds for such an inspirational organization, 110 Grill has generously offered to hand out 10% off coupons to all participants who donate at the event.  “Community relations are what bring families and friends together”, says Eric Price, General Manager of the Poughkeepsie Galleria.  “We are excited to have formed this new partnership and plan to work with the American Cancer Society for many years to come”.
