TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police in the Town of Wallkill are investigating two gas station robberies that occurred several days apart.
The most recent one took place on Friday night when a bandit held up a clerk at the Maples Citgo station on Maples Lane and Route 17M, according to law enforcement.
On Saturday, September 9, a Wally Mart gas station on Route 17M was held up by a robber armed with a gun. He made off with cash.
Wallkill Police, State Police and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office are investigating both incidents.
