ESOPUS – A 39-year-old Kingston woman has been arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies following an early morning traffic stop on Broadway in the Town of Esopus.
Deputies said Isabelle Vandemark was pulled over for a traffic infraction early Tuesday and investigation found she was driving with a suspended license and found in possession of crack cocaine.
She was charged with misdemeanor drug possession and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and released with an appearance ticket returnable to Esopus Town Court.
