GOSHEN – The smoke from the Canadian wildfires continues to hover over the Hudson Valley.

In the Town of Goshen Thursday evening, a cloudy haze was visible over the woods and farmland.

Earlier in the day, Governor Kathy Hochul urged anyone with respiratory or other health issues to wear a mask when going outside.

She said hopefully the latest round of smoke will dissipate in the next day or so.
