TOWN OF WALLKILL – Aspire Brewing, a new 30,000 state-of-the-art square foot brewery, restaurant, and entertainment facility at the entrance to the Galleria at Crystal Run in the Town of Wallkill, is opening its doors to the public on Thursday. A unique dining and entertainment destination, around $10 million was invested in the project that took months to build and is now the largest brewery in the region.
“It’s just going to become a place for people to come and create memories,” said Luz Pesick, vice president of Operations at Aspire. “We have activities for the whole family such as indoor golf, cornhole, and axe throwing, just to name a few.”
Aspire is also the only brewery in the region to feature a “pour your own” tap wall. “Each customer, if they choose, can pour up to 32 ounces of beer at once. However, anytime after 32 ounces, if you choose you want more, we’re going to check you out to make sure you are safe to serve,” said Pesick. She emphasized the importance of the safety of Aspire’s guests.
Head brewer Rick Hatch said there are beers to please every palate at Aspire, with around 30 on tap. When asked if Aspire had a signature brew, he said the best thing about Aspire is the variety they offer.
“We have everything from continental European lagers, to American style lagers, to American IPA’s to dark beers to wheat beers, and we even are going to make our own seltzers and sours,” said Hatch.
Alex Kemp, chief operating officer at Aspire spoke about Aspire’s extensive food options. “Smash burgers are through he roof, and our chicken sandwiches are phenomenal as well,” said Kemp.
