SPRING VALLEY – Police in Spring Valley said an infant left for hours in a family’s vehicle late Tuesday afternoon had died.
The one-year-old baby girl had been left unattended in the vehicle on Ridge Avenue in the village.
Police said the investigation is ongoing by Spring Valley Police, the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Rockland County Child Protective Services, and the Rockland County Medical Examiner’s Office.
