Hudson man with previous sex abuse charges arrested again

Accused fondler Feisal Nzaro

CITY OF HUDSON – A 31-year-old Hudson man has been arrested on Friday, March 24, and charged in connection with an unlawful imprisonment incident involving a woman who entered a single-person bathroom.
Hudson Police Chief L. Edward Moore said Feisal Nzaro allegedly followed a woman into a bathroom and shut the door. The victim told the man to move and allow her to leave and he refused. She was able to escape without injuries and call the police, who arrested him at the scene.

Nzaro has several pending criminal charges in Columbia County Court and Hudson City Court. The chief said he had previously been arrested by Hudson Police in 2021 for sexual abuse involving physical contact and forcible compulsion, forcible touching, and criminal contempt. Trial dates are pending for all three of those cases.

Nzaro was arraigned and released on his own recognizance in this latest case and the victim was granted an order of protection. “This person is alleged to victimize a woman in August 2021, then another woman in October 2021, and in November 2021 he was charged with violating an order of protection.
