KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 33-year-old Connelly man following a domestic incident just after midnight on Wednesday, March 22.
Deputies were called to an address in the Town of Esopus where it was alleged that during a dispute, Robert Connolly-Hadden placed the victim in a chokehold and struck him several times with a closed fist.
Connolly-Hadden was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
Deputies were assisted at the scene by the State Police, Town of Esopus Volunteer Ambulance Squad, and Mobile Life Support Services.
