HARRISON – Three men are in the Westchester County Jail after an early morning burglary in North Castle on Friday. Oscar Durio Nino Franco, 42, Andres Felipe Albarracin Rodriguez, 34, and Jonathan Alejandro Cogua Osuna, 40 were arrested on felony burglary charges following a residential burglary on Lafayette Street.
The arrests are part of an ongoing investigation by the Harrison and North Castle Police Departments into residential burglaries in Westchester County.
All three men were arraigned in the North Castle Justice Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail on $100,000 cash bail or a $250,000 bond.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
