Two law enforcement walk-outs held in Orange County

GOSHEN- Two walk-out ceremonies were held in Orange County to recognize retiring members of law enforcement on Friday.

Police Chief Todd Hazard of the Cornwall Police Department retired after a 35-year career in law enforcement.  Hazard spent the last 16 years of his career as chief of the department, and before that served for 19 years with the Town of New Windsor Police.
K-9 Felix of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office also retired on Friday after eight years of service.  Felix specialized as an explosives detection dog.  His handler is Deputy Jake Kirby.
