NEWBURGH – Gunfire rang out in the City of Newburgh Monday evening.
The incident occurred at Johnston Street near Broadway.
A victim was shot several times, according to EMS personnel on the scene.
Mayor Torrance Harvey said the shooting, which occurred at around 6:40 a.m., is under investigation.
