PINE BUSH – A 73-year-old Pine Bush man has been arrested by Ellenville State Police on charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Troopers allege James Grant Jr. touched a child in an inappropriate manner. They said investigation revealed that on January 24, he inappropriately touched a child under the age of 11.
Grant was arraigned and released on $5,000 bail. An order of protection was issued.
