DA urges possible victims of man charged with sex offenses against children to come forward

WHITE PLAINS – Westchester District Attorney Miriam Rocah is urging any possible victims of a New Rochelle man charged with several felony sex offenses involving children to contact her office or police.

She said law enforcement has seized several devices, which are being analyzed to identify other possible victims or witnesses.

Jason Ricketts, 22, was arrested by the DA’s office and arraigned on February 2, charging him with course of sexual conduct against a child, use of a child in a sexual performance, promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.      Ricketts is being held in the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $250,000 cash bail, $500,000 bond or $1 million partially secured bond.
