SAUGERTIES – Police in Saugerties have arrested a Lake Katrine man on a charge of failing to report a change of address as a registered sex offender.
As a result of the November 30th arrest, Richard Harper, 55, was remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
Saugerties Police began an investigation into locating Harper after he was found to be no longer living at his previously registered address in the Town of Saugerties.
