Communicated Content –  NFL fans will be all over the betting sites as the week seven odds offer the chance to leverage football knowledge into a win. Four teams had a bye in week seven: the Buffalo Bills, the Los Angeles Rams, the Minnesota Vikings, and the Philadelphia Eagles, and they will return to the action in week eight.

Week Seven Matches

This week saw the New Orleans Saints go marching into a game against Arizona Cardinals, whose offense was working well to take them to a 42-34 win. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were no match for the Carolina Panthers and even superstar Tom Brady couldn’t lead his team to a win, despite the Panthers appear to be in the middle of some team reorganization.

The Green Bay Packers have had another difficult week with their third loss in a row, this time against the Washington Commanders. With Taylor Heinicke starting as a quarterback, the Commanders’ victory was far from decisive, so the Packers will be looking for some good fortune in their next game against the Buffalo Bills in week eight.

The Dallas Cowboys took on the Detroit Lions with Dak Prescott contributing to their win, while the New York Giants only just managed to hold on to their early lead against the Jacksonville Jaguars when they pushed back in the late stages of the game. The Tennessee Titans beat the Indianapolis Colts in a move that has allowed them to maintain their position at the top of the AFC South division.

Meanwhile, the Seattle Seahawks have topped the NFC West following their win against the Los Angeles Chargers and helped by the San Francisco 49ers’ defeat at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs. The Cleveland Browns went up against the Ravens in Baltimore but couldn’t overcome their strong defensive team.

The New York Jets may have surprised fans with their early form, but they have continued to win with a victory over the Denver Broncos this week. The New England Patriots have seen a change of personnel as Mac Jones was replaced by Bailey Zappe, but that wasn’t enough to overcome Justin Fields’ performance that earned a decisive win for the Chicago Bears.

Week eight

Anyone looking at the NFL odds will know that there is still all to play for in this year’s contest, but the week eight games could see some significant changes to the rankings. Week eight will see the Patriots take on the Jets, and with Mac Jones still recovering from an ankle injury there is speculation that he may have to forgo his position and allow Bailey Zappe to continue his strong form to preserve the Patriots’ position in the AFC East.

Despite early confidence, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Denver Broncos, and Green Bay Packers have so far failed to live up to their potential in this season’s contest. With several teams coming out of their bye weeks, the rankings of the teams going into the eighth weeks of the championship are favoring teams such as the Philadelphia Eagles, the Buffalo Bills, and the Minnesota Vikings.

The Steelers had high hopes that bringing Kenny Pickett on would up their offensive game, but there is still not enough consistency in the offense to reassure fans that they will triumph over the Eagles in this week’s match. Although the Seahawks have two strong receivers in DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, the former’s knee injury could leave a big hole in the team and the pressure will be on for Dee Eskridge to perform in the upcoming match against the Giants.

Another knee injury has seen Breece Hall benched and now the Jets need to find someone else to lead their offense, so Michael Carter will be trying to match Hall’s speed in their next game against the Patriots. Kansas City Chiefs fans have been impressed with the performance of rookie Skyy Moore, but the team cannot rely on such a new player to take them to victory.

There has been a lot of speculation about the 49ers’ defense which has been under a lot of pressure as the team has seen a number of injuries while their opponents seem to have been finding their stride. There’s no doubt that the team has the skills, but whether they can field a team that can work well enough to see off the Rams has yet to be seen.

Football fans may be able to capitalize on their knowledge of the game by betting on the upcoming matches between the Bears and the Patriots, the Falcons and the Panthers, and the Lions and the Dolphins. Whichever team you are backing for the win, there are a number of bets available for anyone that wants to make the games even more exciting.
