Gas station armed robbery under investigation

PORT CHESTER – Police in Port Chester are investigating the armed robbery of the BP gas station on the Boston Post Road that occurred at 6:50 p.m. Thursday.

Police said the robber entered the store, brandished a gun and demanded money. He made off with an undetermined amount of cash and fled toward Olivia Street where he possibly got into a dark colored sedan.

The suspect was described as a man, about five-feet, nine-inches tall, wearing a blue hoodie and jeans.
