WHITE PLAINS – A 39-year-old Mount Vernon man was sentenced in Westchester County Court on Tuesday to 15 years in state prison and five years of post-release supervision for engaging in sexual conduct with a child between 2018 and 2020.
During that period of time, Brandon David subjected the minor to intercourse and other sexual acts on several occasions. The course of sexual conduct began when the victim was 11 years old, District Attorney Miriam Rocah said.
David was arrested by Mount Vernon Police on March 26, and he pled guilty in July to course of sexual conduct against a child.
