NAPANOCH – The forest fire atop Napanoch mountain has grown consuming 130 – 150 acres on Monday, State EnCon Commissioner Basil Seggos said Tuesday;
The fire, believed to have started by a lightning strike igniting the dry forestland.
An additional 60 firefighters were being added to the already 100 fighting the fire in the rough terrain.
