He remains remanded to the Delaware County Jail.

In June, Olson was indicted by an Orange County grand jury on charges of attempted rape, sexual abuse and course of sexual conduct against a child. An arrest warrant was issued and he was arraigned in Orange County Court in July before being returned to the Delaware County Jail.

During the investigation it was discovered that Parks allegedly failed to report the child abuse when made aware of it.
