Middletown shooting under investigation

MIDDLETOWN – A Tuesday mid-afternoon shooting at a residence on Chestnut Street in the City of Middletown left one man with a gunshot wound to his arm, according to first responders on the scene.

The victim was taken to the hospital.

A police vehicle and yellow crime tape blocked off the entrance to Chestnut Street as the investigation continued.
