WALLKILL – A 45-year-old hamlet of Wallkill man was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
Deputies said shortly after 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, they responded to a domestic dispute at a residence in Wallkill.
William Rivera had allegedly physically shoved a 14-year-old several times into a wall and bedroom dresser while in the presence of a four-year-old child.
Rivera was arraigned in Town of Shawangunk Court, released on his own recognizance and orders of protection were issued on behalf of both children.
